This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Creatorishta website, applications, dashboards, forms, Campaign tools, communications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
It applies to Creators, Brands, visitors and other people who interact with the Platform.
This Policy does not necessarily apply to websites, applications or services operated by third parties. Those services have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Name, display name and profile information.
- Email address and phone number.
- Creator category, location at a general level, portfolio and professional information.
- Social-media usernames, profile links, audience information and performance information that you choose to provide or authorize us to access.
- Brand name, company information, contact-person details and Campaign requirements.
- Campaign applications, pitches, briefs, messages, proposals and other information submitted through the Platform.
- Information provided when contacting support.
Information generated through use
We may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, approximate location derived from technical information, IP address, pages or features used, timestamps, diagnostic information and security logs.
3. How Information Is Collected
Information may be collected when you create an account, complete a profile, submit a Campaign application, communicate with another User, use Platform features, contact support, or interact with our website.
Where integrations are available, information may also be received from third-party services when you authorize an integration or where the information is publicly available and lawfully used for Platform purposes.
4. How We Use Information
Depending on the context and applicable law, Creatorishta may use information to:
- create and manage accounts and profiles;
- provide Creator and Brand matchmaking;
- recommend potentially relevant Campaigns, Creators or Brands;
- process applications, pitches and Campaign information;
- facilitate communications between Users;
- provide customer support;
- authenticate accounts and prevent fraud;
- maintain Platform security and reliability;
- understand Platform usage and improve features;
- operate analytics and technical diagnostics;
- send service-related communications;
- send promotional communications where permitted and subject to applicable choices;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
- protect the rights, safety and security of Creatorishta, Users and others.
5. Creator-Brand Matching
A central purpose of Creatorishta is to help Brands and Creators discover potentially relevant opportunities.
Profile information, categories, campaign requirements, audience information, portfolio information and other relevant data may therefore be used to generate recommendations or matching results.
Users should assume that information included in a profile for professional matchmaking may be visible to other authorized Platform Users or displayed as part of a relevant Campaign, subject to Platform controls and applicable law.
Do not include highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information in a public Creator or Brand profile.
6. Communications
Creatorishta may process messages, enquiries, Campaign communications and support requests to provide communication features, protect users, investigate abuse, maintain security and comply with applicable law.
Service messages may be sent when necessary to operate your account or a Campaign. Where legally permitted, you may also receive product or marketing communications and may use the available unsubscribe mechanism for promotional messages.
9. AI Features
Creatorishta may use AI-assisted tools for matching, recommendations, pitching, Campaign discovery, profile assistance or other Platform functionality.
Information may be processed by AI systems or service providers to generate these features. We aim to use such processing only for legitimate Platform purposes and subject to applicable contractual, technical and legal safeguards.
AI recommendations should not be treated as a definitive assessment of a Creator, Brand, audience, campaign suitability or commercial outcome.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI-assisted features.
10. Payments and Transactions
If Creatorishta introduces payment functionality, payment-related information may be processed by Creatorishta and/or third-party payment providers as necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with applicable requirements.
Payment providers may collect and process financial information under their own privacy policies. Creatorishta does not need to receive or store complete payment-card information where a third-party payment provider handles that information directly.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Creatorishta is not intended to be used by children who are not legally able to enter the relevant agreements. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for independent account creation where doing so would violate applicable law.

8. Social-Media Platforms
Creatorishta may allow or request information relating to social-media accounts and public creator profiles for matchmaking and Campaign purposes.

Creatorishta does not control how Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google or other third-party platforms process information. Review their privacy policies separately.
